It was nice to stay for the night with mall and restaurant right next door

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. It was safe, clean but rooms are on the smaller end. The tap in our room didn’t work well and the rooms were a bit dark, but the breakfast was very good. The area is safe with the mall right there, which was great. I thought the price was far too high for the type of hotel however.

What is expected from hotels of first was there. To pinpoint one or two will diminish the excellent quality of the service at The Ridge Point Hotel, Witbank

Staff. Rooms were neat and tidy but not sound proof so with noisy people in the same corridor it was a problem but overall great stay

The first room was road facing and very noisy and the window wouldn't close so there was a freezing blast of air coming through the gap. The reception area and restaurant was very cold all the time
