"This is a really neat hotel that offers modern amenities. The building is older and parts of it (like the elevator) give off creepy vibes lol but I liked it. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. I saw reviews complaining about the room size but it did not seem any smaller than most other hotel rooms. The hotel is very pet friendly, with no extra fee and even had treats for them in the lobby. We did not pay for Valet parking but had no issue finding parking on the street."
"Front desk persons very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional! They will make us come back!
Room was very clean and pressure of the water in the shower was great! Balcony view was great specially in the morning we saw Dolphins…beautiful!
So far our best experience in Panama City Beach! "
"Staff at the front desk greeted me warmly. When I shared that it was my first time staying at the hotel (and I visit Washington DC about 12 times a year), I received an automatic upgrade! Free Peleton in the room allowed me to workout in the morning before a full day of meeting. the coffee in the room was SUPERB! Can't tell you how relaxing it is to have a cup of fresh brewed decaf - so delicious - before rest! I can't wait to bring my husband!"
"This hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro and a wonderful hotel staff. The hotel restaurant is excellent as well. My room was large and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Great room, excellent staff, wish that I had not faced cooling towers and fans, as I am a light sleeper, but otherwise excellent. I'd stay in the same room again."
