"The best place to stay when in Bujumbura. Located in the hills overlooking the city centre. Very safe. Very big rooms with excellent air conditioning. Ask for room with a view of lake Tanganyika in the distance. Very pleasant restaurant with nice breakfast buffet. Very pleasant swimming pool with large parasols."

"Please, this property is a scam and you have to refund me. My experience with them is very horrible and a nightmare. I got to airport and most of the taxi drivers don't know the place except one man. After we got to the area, two you men who don't look like security men came out with a surprised they are not aware I booked a room there. The young men called their master and he denied I booked an apartment there. The boys have no smart phone so my taxi driver took a picture of my documents to...
