"Noisy Air Conditioners, stuffy rooms and extremely slow service at the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself is super limited. For the amount of $ charged, try the other top hotels in Kampala - Serena, Sheraton, fourpoints, golden tulip are all better"

The food served at the restaurant was very nice and there was a good selection of the food on the menu. The staff serving were very pleasant and very polite. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Room service was excellent. The whole stay was excellent and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back again soon to stay at...
