Enjoy the comfort of a spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, an open and warm dining room, a huge living room (>35m²) equipped with a large screen TV and its 120 channels, cocooning relaxation areas. A separate office for those who still need it, WIFI and FIBER, everything is included!

Winter:
Access to the ski resorts is easy. If you don't want to drive (or if you come by train), shuttles go back and forth to Les Orres, departures=arrivals are less than 2 minutes walk away. A ski room belongs to you on the ground floor for skis and boots (access to the apartment is on the 1st floor).
Many resorts are accessible to you for the day. In addition to Les Orres, already mentioned, you have in the immediate vicinity (25 minutes) Réallon, Crévoux, then (35 minutes) Vars, Risoul, Queyras, or less than an hour Puy Saint Vincent, Vallouis, Serre-Chevalier, Montgenèvre, La Grave a little more than an hour away...

Summer: In addition to the mountain resorts, the free shuttles take you to the Embrun lake or the water park, or you can be there on foot in 10 minutes, 3 minutes by car.
Whatever nature activity you are looking for, you have found your holiday corner: freshwater water sports on rivers or lakes, hiking, fishing, etc...

The accommodation is rented by the day or by the week in high season.
Bedding and household linen are provided on request (€15 per room, regardless of the length of stay).

As the apartment is new, oak parquet flooring on all floors, attention is paid to respecting the measures to preserve materials (no shoes). In particular, our animal friends are not allowed. Smokers are also asked to abstain from smoking in the apartment.

For any planned rental, please contact us indicating the number of people and the desired arrival-departure dates.
In the middle of the tourist season, the accommodation is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these periods, it is rented by the day.

In winter, from October to April inclusive, the electricity metre will be noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Consumption will be due to the actual (€0.25/kwh in 2025). This measure is only intended to avoid certain unscrupulous tenants who may, in the past, have left the heating on full blast all week while opening the windows...
