Kleines feines gemütliches Apartment. Was mich sehr gestört hat war dass die Haustür nur mit einem lauten Knall zu ging und das Haus sehr hellhörig war. Außerdem war an Ruhe und Entspannung nicht zu denken da, im Flur, ein Kommen und Gehen war. Eher eine Unterkunft für Monteure statt Urlaubsgäste.

Kleine gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider sehr hell, was durch Verdunkelungsrollos aber erledigt wäre. Hellhörig ist es auch, wir aber nicht empfindlich. Fußläufig ist ein tolles griechisches Restaurant und gegenüber ein schöner Spielplatz! Für uns war es das Richtige.

Kleine zweckmäßige Wohnung, dem Alter entsprechend sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Lage ruhig am Park, mit Bus gut erreichbar.

Für Kurzurlaub mit Hund sehr geeignet. Auf der anderen Straßenseite geht es direkt zum Stadtgraben und von dort zum Wall. In 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig im Zentrum, ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es eine Bäckerei. Für uns hat alles super gepasst und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Sehr, sehr kleine Wohnung. Für unsere drei Nächte völlig ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt von zwei oder drei Wochen wäre sie aber zu eng. Außerdem leider etwas verschlissen (Kühlschrank hat keinen Griff zum Öffnen, Kleiderschrank sieht seeehr schief aus (eher etwas zum schmunzeln 😁), Ablage im Bad hängt herunter etc.). Dafür alles ausreichend gereinigt, keine Haare der Vormieter oder ähnliches, Bett und Bad sauber, Handtücher und sogar Seife und Duschgel lagen bereit. In direkter Nähe zur Wohnung dann auch noch ein Bäcker mit leckeren Brötchen für's Frühstück 👍

Leider ist diese Haus extrem Hellhörig. Jede Ankunft und Abreise ist problemlos zu hören, auch die Reinigungskräfte sind 1a zu vernehmen. Jeder Schritt, jede Stuhl Bewegung und das Rollen des Staubsaugers sind so laut als wären sie im selben Raum. Mit der Kommunikation ging es. Die E-Mail mit dem Zugangs-Code ist zwar bis heute nicht angekommen, aber dafür war das mit einem Anruf erledigt. Hier war der Herr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was für mich ein persönliches No-Go war, war das die Reinigungskräfte schon 10 Minuten vor meiner pünktlichen Abreise wie Geier vor meiner Türe gewartet haben. Und dann noch nach meinem Schlüssel gegriffen haben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist direkt an einem Park der sich durch Emden zieht, wodurch diese eher mit wenig Straßen Lärm belästigt wird. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und weitere 5 Minuten um am Hafen zu stehen. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

Schönes kleines Apartment, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. -Ab und zu kein WLAN -Dusche wurde am Abreisetag bis 9.30 Uhr nicht warm und wir mussten dieses leider um 10.00 Uhr ungeduscht verlassen. -kleinere Mängel z.B. fehlendes Lampenglas, Rauchmelder nicht an der Decke, sondern auf einem Regal, Türklinke defekt.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit abgewohnter Möblierung. Wer eine kräftigere und größere Person ist, bekommt beim Toilettengang Probleme. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer, in dem offensichtlich häufiger geraucht wird. Der Geruch ist auch mit dem Duftbäumchen nicht zu übertünchen.

Es gab geine E-Mail zur DigiBox, das der Schlüssel dort war, Kontakt mit der Hotels.com Hotline half weiter. 18min zum Bahnhof war der Ort schnell auch am abend auffindbar. Das Nahverkehrsstem des Ortes hat direkt an der Strasse eine Haltestelle mit der man auch den Bus nutzen kann.

Auf den ersten Blick ein kleines und niedliches Appartment.Leider haben wir nicht wie vereinbart innerhalb von 24 Stunden unseren Zugangscode bekommen. Als wir um 16.30 rein wollten,war das Reinigungspersonal noch nicht einmal fertig,obwohl das Appartment ab 15 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollte.Betten waren schön zurecht gemacht,Handtücher lagen bereit,das Zimmer war süß dekoriert,allerdings hat ein Bett gefehlt. Gebucht waren 3,bekommen haben wir 2 und ein halbes Sofa.Das Bad ist sehr klein,man hängt mit dem Kopf im Waschbecken und für kräftige Menschen,wird der Toilettenbesuch sicherlich zur Herausforderung. Ansonsten ist das Appartment sehr zentral gelegen und alles was man braucht befindet sich in unmittelbarer Reichweite. Für kurze Aufenthalte, zum nächtigen und für jemanden der keine riesen Ansprüche hat reicht das Appartment vollkommen aus.
