Wie angegeben ist die Lage des Objekts sehr zentral. Man kann in Emden somit viel fußläufig erreichen. Gegebenfalls könnte der Schallschutz etwas besser sein, da man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern permanent Straßengeräusche hört. Ansonsten ist es ein großräumiges Schock eingerichtetes Appartement.
