Just Enough is a 4 Bedroom 4 Full-Bath, One level, Almost Oceanfront Home Located in Emerald Isle. Just Enough Private Pool - Relax with the family poolside or in the cabana room. Pool can be heated for fee of $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool heat pump will not work. Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience. A Fenced Yard makes it perfect for families and dogs!

Level One is tastefully furnished with Pottery Barn Furniture and decorated with original artwork, and you will feel right at home in this rare island find.

1 King Bedroom with En Suite, 2 Queen Bedrooms both with En Suite, Twin Daybed with twin trundle in the Sunroom and Queen Sleeper in the Living Room.

Just Enough is also a convenient 2-minute walk from the beachfront!

Additional Amenities: Private Pool, Charcoal Grill, patio table, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 Blu-Ray Players, all TVs have ROKU so you can sign-in and stream your favorite channels. Spectrum Provided. Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Blender and Slow Cooker.

Up to 2 Dogs under 30 lbs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.
