This beautiful home is located on an elevated lot with ocean views from the top floor and decks, perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. A short, five-minute stroll to the beach with private neighborhood beach access. This home offers peace and quiet while being a short, six-minute drive from the heart of Emerald Isle where local festivals are held, and about a three-minute drive from locally owned stores, restaurants and ice cream shops. The beautiful kitchen has custom-epoxied cabinets that bring out a true beach house feel, plus wrap-around decks that add plenty of space for relaxing. Enjoy your own 20' x 10' private swimming pool and outdoor dining area with a gas grill. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60 degrees). Garage has been converted to video game room. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. The primary suite offers a spacious walk-in glass shower. Bonus bedroom with Queen bed. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TVs throughout, wireless Internet access. Parking space for four cars. Close to public boat ramp access and a twenty-minute drive to the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores for fun-filled family adventures. Available year-round. Weekly only summer.
