Upstairs, enjoy the unobstructed views of the vast ocean from the freshly renovated, comfy and cool living room. The island is just a few blocks wide here, so you can even view the blue waters of Bogue Sound from the recently renovated upstairs kitchen. This is your dream house right on the beach – not a condo complex – in an area of only single-family homes. You have a huge sundeck on the sand dune and a wide stretch of beach steps away. Duplex, 2 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms. Queen * Queen. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms including 43” Smart HDTV in living room with streaming apps (Netflix/Amazon/Hulu, etc.) and Sony sound bar that can connect to other personal devices. Wireless Internet access, remote control ceiling fans. Four private balconies on each side, large sundeck, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and dressing area. Rent both sides for the ultimate family vacation. No smoking. No pets.
