  • ARE WE THERE YET? is the East half of an Oceanfront Duplex, recently refurbished with 2100 sq.ft of living space. New kitchen cabinets and granite!! New bathroom vanities with granite!!Furnished with designer furniture, as well as pillow-top mattresses. Linens are provided with beds made. Central air and heat, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 6 flat screen TV's, DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access with free wifi, Jacuzzi in master suite, ceiling fans throughout, water softener. Panoramic ocean views; great for dolphin watching. Large oceanfront decks on three levels with high end porch furniture ( Polywood hi top table and chairs) including chaise lounges. New high end swivel padded rockers. Middle deck has DRY SNAP ROOF so it can be enjoyed rain or shine. Plenty of outdoor dining space with picnic tables. WEBER gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, double carport with additional parking and lighted landscaping. Located near Bogue Inlet Pier. Weekly only during high season. No smoking. No pets. Must be 25 years old to rent.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. The proximity to the beach, pier, and to several restaurants was unbeatable. The home had everything we needed and then some. Great Vacation

We were in Emerald Isle for a long weekend for a wedding and chose this house to enjoy our stay. The house was very clean and well decorated. The views were amazing! The check in process was very easy and the owners were very informative and helpful. I will definitely be booking this house again!

Absolutely Amazing Vacation Home

I would like to say that we had an amazing time on our trip. A big part of this was due to the beautiful, spacious and comfortable vacation home we were blessed to find! When I say immaculate, it just doesn’t do it justice! This property was spotless and so well equipped that they simply thought of EVERYTHING! The hosts were fantastic, so kind and thoughtful! We’ll definitely be going back!

Very impressive property

We have stayed at several beach house rentals and Terry’s property far exceeded all of them. The customer service was top notch. Items that impressed us: rental was ready 3 hours early, cleanliness was impeccable, kitchen stock and quality of items were wonderful and our favorite part was that there was ample balcony seating that included high top chairs and table. The location of the house is lovely being close to everything you need but the beach in front of the house isn’t crowded at all since it isn’t too close to public access, etc. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving on the beach!

We brought our immediate family, which was 10 of us ,to stay here for the week of Thanksgiving. I couldn’t even think of anything that wasn’t perfect. The location of the place was perfect, the rooms perfect ,the kitchen utensils, and plates and everything you need for a beautiful Thanksgiving table was there and perfect. I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a wonderful time at Thanksgiving on theBeach. My 8 yr old grandson said he had never stayed in a mansion before and he loved it. We’ll be back!!

We loved our time at ‘Are We There Yet?’! The house was perfect for all our needs! My parents were on the main level…less stairs for them! The rest of us were upstairs. The rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms for perfect for all of us to share! We absolutely loved the location of the house. The best part, the part we look at in a rental, the kitchen!! This kitchen was stocked from sponges, dish towels, every kitchen need you can think of down to a pantry! We can fill a countertop pretty quickly with stuff, so having the pantry was amazing! Terry was so kind and sweet from the start to finish! We loved finding all her notes around the house explaining what to do and not to do. It made our stay so easy! We’re already planning our stay for next year! We made great memories here, and we’re excited to make more next year!

This is a terrific rental. Owner is responsive, the house is beautiful, well maintained, and stocked for all your cooking needs. I’d definitely stay here again if it’s available. It’s a great location on the isle. It is quiet but really close to all the shopping and restaurants when you need them. Add in a short walk from the deck to the sand and not getting a day of rain, what week!!!
