Nestled in Emerald Isle, this delightful half house on the sound offers 3 cozy bedrooms - the master bedroom ensuite has a king bed, a sitting area with the view of the sound a private porch and its own bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed, and the hall bath also on the second floor. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle and a twin bed. With an open concept living family and friends can gather together and make amazing memories as this home is meant for a large group! It’s a perfect home with a 3 min walk to the beach, 2 decks and private firepit, sound views a boat lift and kayaks and bikes with a liability waiver and small fee to use the for boat lift- you won’t want to leave:) Enjoy the shared hot tub and dock and firepit (shared with neighboring other half of the home) you will love the views and more and guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach.
