Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-wash all dirty dishes/put away. Start dishwasher
-leave SHIBUMI in original location that it was found in or a $300 charge will be added to your account
-all remotes returned to original location -clean grill if used -move all indoor/outdoor furniture back to original location -remove all beach/pool toys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool: no glass ($5,000), no water balloons ($750), no lifeguard, no swimming after dark. No smoking ($500). Grill cleaned after use or $150
Dogs under 50 lb $150/stay, declared at booking ($300 undeclared). Septic: toilet paper only. Quiet 9 PM outdoors. No fires or fireworks.
