"Property is an older motel that has been refurbished. Although Hotels.com claims that all taxes and fees are included in the quoted price, there were additional hospitality and service fees that increased our bill by about 20%. Wall mounted air conditioner was very noisy and the water had a sulfur smell."

"Very run down hotel. Looks nice from the outside but dirty on the inside. Multiple broken/non-working things in our room. The pool was not heated and no hot tub. The room smelt musty/dirty. The floors were awful. My kids feet were black and full of dirt and crumbs after walking around bare foot our first night there. The floors clearly had not been swept or mopped in a while. We saw a little baby cockroach run across the floor on our first night. Our baby also spit up all over the bed, and when we requested new bedding they told us there’d be an extra charge if the sheets were stained, yet they gave us stained “clean” bedding to swap out our own bedding. I’d spend the extra money to stay somewhere cleaner and nicer."
