"Such a pleasant location. Quietly tucked away with a relaxing view across the pasture of horses. We loved spending time sitting in the screened-in porch every morning as we drank our morning cup of coffee. Due to the inclement weather, the porch also provided us the opportunity to enjoy the scenery while staying nice & dry! The kitchen was a little small, but was well stocked. The queen bed had a memory foam mattress that was too soft for our liking, but most likely would have been comfortable...

"The host could not BE any nicer or easy to work with. He let us stay late for the eclipse with no fuss. And mailed back a CPAP machine I accidentally left there. The cabin was exactly the right size for a getaway weekend to view the eclipse. Everything was clean, it is easy to find, bit feels remote. We want to explore the property next time we stay - cannot wait to find the creek! We think this could be our base when we float the Jack’s Fork. Excellent all around!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The river is absolutely gorgeous, and it is where we spent most of our time playing. The cabin is very private and is the perfect place to unplug and relax. The only sounds you hear is the river and the birds. Highly recommended."

"Perfect river weekend getaway house for friends to get together. I wish we would have stayed at least one more night. This house is a lot bigger than it appears. Plenty of quiet and comfort. Kids loved the mini-ping pong table. Getting to see the northern lights one of the nights was definitely a plus and memorable experience."

"The cabin had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dogs ! And so close to the cute town of Eminence. The lil shops are nice and the Dairy shack was delicious also another restaurant we went to for breakfast was good ."

"Cozy, clean, and great location. We stayed in the area to explore the many natural wonders and hiking spots. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 (plus 2 dogs). Loved having a washer/dryer. Lots of kitchen counter space. I like the separation of the toilet from the shower/sink area. We hope to return in the summer months for swimming/floating the nearby rivers and Rocky Falls!"

"Another nice stay in the cabin. Cabin is not fancy, but oh so clean and comfortable. I love staying here. I love sitting on the large, covered porch admiring the scenery. And, of course, Montauk trout fishing is less than 5 minutes away."

"It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town."

"I love staying here. It is so clean and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the front porch soaking in the beautiful natural world. It far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to grab delicious food for meals. I’ll always stay here when visiting Eminence."
