En realidad, lo que no me gustó es el servicio que tiene los bares, poca amabilidad, mucha seriedad faltaron implementos como abridores de vino por ejemplo nunca tenían un abridor de vino, no saben lo que es un vino tinto poco personal para el servicio de mesa, buffet y restaurantes en los restaurantes buena atención pero demasiado lento. Había que hacer cola para poder entrar y creo que esto es un problema de falta de personal, la comida, buena de los restaurantes, sobre todo y de la mesa buffet, no era mala la comida, sólo que si sacaban un producto y se acababa no reponían más pero por lo general la instalación muy bonito el lugar hermoso pero sólo faltan los detalles del servicio al cliente en los aspectos que mencioné.
