"Really lovely hotel very near the beach and bus stop- we were travelling by public transport. We were given beach access tickets by the hotel as part of the deal which was fab. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in the room, coffee making facilities etc, and extra in the foyer. Lots of cushions!! Checking in time a little restrictive; we just got there by 18.00h and managed to phone for access codes in time. I hadn’t received the text informing us of access codes by that time. "

"Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist passend zum Stil des Hauses. Ein gutes Frühstück rundet den guten Eindruck ab. Deweiteren gibt es eine Sauna und einen Pool die man gut benutzen kann. Insgesamt gesehen kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein werde ich mit Sicherheit wieder dort übernachten. "

"Sehr gute zentrale Unterkunft in Utersum. Edeka, , drei Restaurants und Stefans Tortenmanufaktur praktisch direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 12 am Endes des Flures im ersten Stock mit Morgensonne. Das Zimmer enthält einen Minikuhlschrank (angemessene Preise) und einen Tresor. Wir konnten beinahe jeden Tag draußen frühstücken. Es war alles da was mach braucht (nur kein Spiegelei) und etliche Teesorten (auch lose). Im Pool waren wir nicht, wir waren morgens am Meer. Aber...

"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred.
