"Excellent ac on a very hot day. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not use kitchen but appliances were tasteful. Huge bathroom. Pool was unheated but refreshing on a hot day. Only downsides were only 3 pillows for 2 people, could have used a kurig type coffee maker and a bit noisy in the early morning with cars moving. I think workers on local jobs stay here. For Santa Barbara it was a great price and a charming look. "

"Property was not ideal in that it was long and narrow with parking along the entire outside. A driveway surrounds the property with plenty of parking which did feel safe. It was just challenging to take your dog to use the bathroom. There was a little patch of rocks in the corner that did the trick. Because there wasn't other grass nearby either. But other than that, this place was fantastic. "

"The hotel looked nice from the site but was even better in person. Smelled great an had an amazing decor. They told me they had a renovation a while back so it seems they have modernized it. Staff was great as well parking attendants. "

"The Inn has very nice and friendly staff. Check in was easy. We requested an early check in and it was possible with a fee. There was plenty of parking and restaurants, stores were close by. I did see other guests with pets. Ill assume they allow pets in some of the rooms. They have a no smoking rule but there is cigarette butts all over the place. The mattresses were horrible and squeak and we felt the springs. We got 2 rooms and all 4 beds were horrible. There was an old, not working refrigerator outside of our room, that you could tell it had been there for a while. "
