"Our stay was perfect since the moment we arrived. A very friendly lady helped us check in and was able to accommodate us with letting us check in earlier. The location is great, restaurants, Botanical Garden, parks...walking distance. Clean, spacious and friendly stuff 👌 "

"Excellent no-nonsense hotel right in the heart of Emory University! Great for visitings parents. Room was spacious, clean and well-fitted. The room does have a safe, in addition to the usual refrigerator and coffee machine (Starbucks coffee pods was a plus). Parking is under the structure; different set of elevators, so you have to walk past the Lobby to get to/from your room. Only issue we initially faced (but quickly resolved by the Manager) was that we had taken a red-eye, and arrived in the morning. Though I had booked the room the previous night too (to ensure we could check in in the morning), our reservation was apparently marked as a no-show; we were initially asked to follow up with Expedia! This, after I had added a note to the hotel (within the Expedia booking) that we would be arriving in the morning. Fortunately, the hotel was not full, and we did get our rooms. As I said, it was quickly resolved by the Manager, but mentioning in case others are doing the same. One minor note: the valve to change from the faucet to the shower-head is almost invisible; you'll know what I mean when you see it :) "
