"Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of town! Beautiful place inside and out with impeccable attention to detail, gorgeous artwork, super comfortable bedroom and gorgeous bathroom (we were in the Shippen room). Only negatives would be location on the main road so can be noisy if room faces the road, and although extremely clean it was too heavy on the Clorox smell in the bathroom which was overwhelming in the bedroom as well since there were no screens in windows so not possible to open to air out really potent cleaning agent smell. Jim the host was awesome, made a delicious breakfast and was a wealth of knowledge and information about the area. Highly recommend if in the area for Elk watching or star gazing."

"Very Very clean. I love going to a place that allows dogs that doesn’t smell like dogs. Staff and owner very friendly. Owner answers texts almost immediately. If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small dorm fridges in each room. Possibly some coffee creamer with the sugar next to coffee maker, although there is a Family Dollar next door and a pharmacy across the street. And, there is a small space in the bathroom that could benefit from a couple shelves for toiletries and hair dryers. We were completely comfortable during our stay. Also, having Wi-Fi in this area was huge! We are already planning another trip with friends and intend to stay here again. "

"The Cozy Afghan is in a beautiful, historic building in downtown St. Marys. The room was very clean and well appointed. There was a coffee shop and multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. We were in the area for elk viewing and the location was extremely convenient, less than a 30-minute drive from the Keystone Elk Country Visitor Center. "

"The parking lot, lobby, elevator, room all spotless even vent in bathroom which most hotels seem to miss cleaning. The breakfast was average that you get eggs sausage, yogurt, select cereals, pastry and make your own waffle besides normal drinks. But all was decent, and staff was on top of eating area to keep it clean and filled. Staff was friendly and informative when asked about area etc."
