Luxury Family Group Villa EMG Münster Emsdetten
Chic Manufactures villa with 200m² of space, offers unique comfort for groups of up to 16 people. The villa is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the Emsdetten city center and train station, while still providing plenty of privacy.
The city center and rail station Munster are only 20 minutes by train or 30 minutes by car away.
Our villa has 8 rooms in total, including:
- A very spacious living area (about 70 q.m.) with a fireplace, a wide garden view, and 2 sofa.
- A dining room with a second fireplace and a table that can seat up to 14 people.
- A high-end, fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen.
- 3 double bedrooms.
- 1 room with 3 single beds.
- 1 room with two 1,40 x 2,00m. sofa beds: can be used as two double or two big single beds.
- 1 bedroom with a single bed.
- A bathroom with a tub, shower, and WC.
- A bathroom with a shower and WC.
- A guest toilet
- folding beds on request
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.
The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.
The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
The interior design, atmosphere, furniture, wall colours and household appliances shown in the photos may not always correspond to what you can see at check-in. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

Sehr schönes Haus und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, nur war das Haus relativ kalt und ließ sich auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht wirklich aufwärmen, so dass einige der Personen immer etwas gefroren haben.
Übrigens warte ich noch auf die Erstattung der Kaution.

Ein schönes Erlebnis für unsere Familie
Wir haben haben ein schönes Familienwochenende in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Alles war wie beschrieben und erwartet, nichts Wesentliches fehlte. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und doch nahe der städtischen Infrastruktur. Alles Organisatorische verlief unproblematisch in freundlicher, uns Kunden zugewandter Art. Vielen Dank

Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, top Größe
Das Haus hat eine gute Größe auch für kleinere Gruppen, der Zustand der Möbel, Küche ist hochwertig, der Garten hat eine super Größe, das Notwendige ist vorhanden (Teller, Gläser, etc., sogar ein paar Gewürze) und ausreichend Kühlschrankfläche. Alles was vorhanden ist ist von guter Qualität und es ist sauber und gepflegt. Fünf Sterne hätte es gegeben wenn bei dem Preis die geplante Sauna bereits umgesetzt wäre oder als Verbesserungsvorschlag ein Jacuzzi vor Ort wäre.

Wir haben eine wie beschriebene Unterkunft vorgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir werden diese Unterkunft und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter weiter empfehlen.
Eine Kleinigkeit möchten wir anmerken.
Wir waren mit zehn Damen in der Unterkunft, uns haben Spiegel in den Zimmern gefehlt und in den Badezimmern etwas Ablagefläche und Handtuchhalter.
Ansonsten alles prima Liebe Grüße die TOP TEN

Schönes großzügiges Haus, gut gelegen.
Waren mit Freunden dort und hatten genug Platz für alle. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und es ist nur einen Katzenaprung zu den gezeigten Sportplätzen und die Innenstadt.
