EnaKyo-Onsen Hotel Yuzuriha
Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome!

The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well. The communal toilet slippers were disgustingly dirty, and no other slippers inside the hotel were provided (you walk on very old carpets and ...
