"My fiance and I booked this place for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. When we first entered, we were shocked how well designed it was. Everything was brand new down to the dishes. "Sheri and Patrick were great and very accommodating. The suite had everything I needed for my long stay. It's connected to the house but it felt like a completely separate private space. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and I was able to walk to get to everywhere I needed. Couldn't have gone better, and I hope to stay here again soon! "

"This little surf studio was the perfect place to call home for 2-3 weeks here in Leucadia during the summer. Margaret and her family were very hospitable and kept me hydrated with continuous refills of fresh water. The space was more than ideal for an in-the-flow lifestyle with close proximity to some great surf breaks and even better post surf coffee. I probably wouldn't have left if I didn't have to ;)... Highly recommend!"

"Great property very nicely decorated and you have everything you need to feel at home. Property owners are very nice and they live on the property so always on hand when you need help. It is more like a nice apartment above the garage and no yard or outdoor seating but the park is so close and it is beautiful to hang. Seaside Market and all of the shops are a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a quiet and private place to stay then enjoy this little alley way hide away."

"This place was so cozy and peaceful. It felt like a home away from home. It has all the amenities you will ever need, is in a safe a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near tons of shopping and restaurants. It's also a quick jaunt to the 5 freeway. Joyce was an incredible host and was always available if I needed anything. Such a great find! "

"I was really surprised by this hotel. Staff were so friendly. Outside is super cute. Amenities were great. The only reason complaint was cleanliness. The bathroom window seal was completely molded. Looks like no one has ever tried to clean it. The balcony was great but also needed to be swept, tons of dead bugs and trash etc. all in all, it was a great location that and the staff would be why we would stay here again! "
