"TV remote didn't work -- couldn't even shut it off so had to sleep with the welcome screen on, No one available to fix it, Offered another room but we'd already unpacked. No soda machine -- poor selection of drinks at the front desk. Put in a room directly below noisy people -- stomping on floor until 2 am. Should let guests on floors above rooms that they should show consideration. People accross the hall were also noisy."

The water runs along the hotel’s derrière (behind), the staff is exceedingly welcoming, and the bed was pretty dang comfy. Loved the pillows too. "
