"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"

"夏油スキー場に行くのに利用しました 駅近でホテル前にスキーバスが乗れて 利便性が良かったです！ 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました！ スタッフの方がとても親切で気持ち良く過ごせました！また利用したいです "

"スタッフの対応に満足しました。ダブルはシャワーがあり、トリプルは共用シャワールームとなり、ドミトリーとビジネスホテルの中間の様相だが清潔感もあり価格も地域最安で充分納得の出来る施設です。大浴場の利用時間が午後は18時からであるため、16時のチェックインだとすぐに入浴出来ないのが残念。"
