The condition of the room was unacceptable. Each light switch was covered in grime, while the bathroom walls and door bore unsightly handprints and dirt. The bathtub contained remnants left by the previous occupant. When we attempted to report these issues to the front desk, the staff member on duty was unable to assist us due to being the sole employee present. The sheets emitted a musty odor, and the towels appeared dingy and unclean. Consequently, we were forced to buy cleaning supplies and bedding for our stay, with no refund offered.

The only chair, the one that is shown when reserving wad missing and no was willing to have ir replaced. The TV was not uset friendly. The microwave thumped. Beds were very comfortable, staff went above and beyond to help. Poor maintenance. Would not stay hete again ,but moved and room was very nice except TV didn't work.

Great stay!

Great overall even if the front desk people are pretty inexperienced. Super nice tho. Clean and comfortable and no problems with the area. But did have one night of unruly guests on my floor that need to learn some respect but not the hotels fault. Great space in the room and all the necessities are provided. Kudos to the maids for actually doing their jobs!

Surprising cleaner than most

Over all great. Bed comfy, out of my 4 pillows one was junk, so I was fine. Convenient, and comfortable!honestly I travel for work and I have to give kudos to the maids. One of the truly cleanest in a long time. They actually don’t have buildup around the base boards and under the head board. No food under the edges of the counters. The recliner does have a few spots and the stairways need some work, comparatively speaking I still rate it 10 stars for cleanliness. No rating on towels and bedding I travel with my own but didn’t appear to have the typical stains or hair I find when removing them, so again A+ on the clean.
