The hotel was very clean. The front staff was so nice and accommodating. I didn't like the fact that we were told breakfast was until 9:30 and they stopped serving at 9:10. I saw some guests being turned away when the came down at 9:10. They need to continue serving until closing time or change the time for breakfast.
It was ok. The price was extremely inflated because it was the weekend before the eclipse. We came down to breakfast about 2 hours before it ended and there was almost no food left and no coffee. At $400 a night it would have been nice to have some coffee or food in the morning
Quick checkin though it was before check- in time. Got some gift package-water, snacks, some bluebonnet seeds and can cover. Room is very spacious and clean.
Had a handicapped room, it was at the very end of hallway, far from reception, not good for someone w crutches

Stay was pleasant. Missing remote in our room. Requested one, but it never came. Went to front desk and was told that the person that was to bring it to me had left.

I am sorry you did not get to use our pool. We have it open and operational now and we hope if you're ever in our area again you stop by and visit us again.
We live local and our a/c went out in this crazy 100 degree heat wave that won’t end. Staying here was nice, surprisingly quiet, clean and no complaints. Bed and pillows awesome!

The hotel was clean. However, pool was broken. In the room the iron did not work nor did the in room phone. Staff was hard to find when needed in the evening.

Elevator was down but they called me to let me know and helped make a room change that fit my family needs. The pool was not open.

Get the pool fixed.
The ladies at check in were very sweet. They made check in pleasant & fast. One that was training & one that was the trainer.
However, I’m leaving a review because of the hot tub / pool.
We stayed here a year ago and the pool & hot tub were closed down. Now, a year later they were “up & running” but the water was so cold that your body literally hurt after being in there for a short time. The paint was peeling off the stairs and what had been peeled up was laying all over the place. The hot tub itself didn’t even turn on. I’m only leaving a review because one year later it’s still not fixed & the entire reason we pick this hotel over others in the area was because it had an indoor pool & there was bad weather forecasted. It wasn’t even worth to additional cost.

We did make the decision to open the pool after a tech came out and assured us that we were back in working order. I am sorry that was not the case. After a very long renovation process we are ready to have our guest be able to enjoy the pool again. After this review of your stay we will take it back down to ensure there is not further issues. I apologize that after giving us that second chance we still missed our mark.
We booked specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub for our sons birthday. When we checked in, we were not told it was closed and when we went to get in the pool, there was a sign on the door. When we asked the clerk, she said “yeah, sorry”…so disappointing.

We understand that not having our pool has been a huge let down for every one of our guests. We are working very hard so that we have a suitable pool for opening. We had issues on our soft open and we did have to close it again. I have removed the pool from property details so that we can avoid any further let downs. I am sorry we missed our mark on your stay.
It was nice, but they didn't give us a room on the top floor as I had hoped. Again I know its about availability but due to that we had people running around above us til 11:30 first night. It got better the next 2 nights. It was comfortable for the most part.
