"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "The moment we entered the apartment, we were amazed by the modern interior and owner’s attention to details. TV box allows YouTube videos and the garden has lots outdoor equipments though we didn’t use any due to the weather. Room is spacious and the kitchen has large variety of small electrical appliances. We cooked over the two day stay and enjoyed the meals on the large dining room table. Though the railway is right in front of the house, there wasn’t a lot of trains passing by at night....

"Great location and a clean modern accommodation. Just a few things we noticed could've helped with our stay~an iron/ironing board, a cork screw opener (for a bottle of wine), hangers for hanging clothes in the closet, and paper towels for the kitchen or kitchen towel for wiping table/dishes, etc... Beside those minor things, it was a nice place and I'd certainly stay there again if I came back to Enoshima!"

"We used swimming pools that were not busy and free to use floating items. Staffs were very helpful to us in self-check in systems. Room was good and well cleaned, but our next room was loudly until midnight. We needed to be lined up for breakfast about 15 min. Buffet style breakfast had a lot of variety, it was difficult to choose but taste was great. Overall, it was great stay there."

There's also a 24 hrs market a cross the street where u can purchase food and water...The room comes with a small kitchen and washer and dryer. You can pick up free coffee and othe supplies at the lobby. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Highly recommend this hotel value and money."

However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."
