The location was near the boardwalk and walking distance to the sport fishing vessels. I did not like the traffic noise late at night. I liked the convenience of the location best.

Very rude receptuonist...refused to allow bathroom use, tried charging for room even though already paid, refused to give me room untill confirmation was obtained from website. Once in room she would not answer frint desk phone

El hotel en particular me gusta mucho, desde que entras se siente un ambiente acogedor, muy agradable y limpio. Lo que no me gustó mucho es el trato en recepción, creo que podrían mejorarlo, y no les recomiendo que soliciten algún servicio de taxi por parte del hotel ya que les saldrá más caro.

El hotel es bueno en general, pero no tienen terminal de banco para cobrar con tarjeta. No hay plancha en la habitación, en la televisión solo se veían 4 canales. Habrá que mejorar eso.

Hotel is century located close to everything I was down there for the Baja 1000 only a couple of blocks from the start the only complaint I have was on Friday night there was a party close by and it was hard to sleep

Muy buena, muy limpio y centrico, cuenta con estacionamiento así que puede salir a caminar sin la dificultad de encontrar estacionamiento, olía muy mal a drenaje el baño e impregnaba en toda la habitación, fuera de eso todo esta muy bien

Cons: Dirty room, carpet wasn't vacuumed on both nights we stayed there, stains on walls and carpet Needs repairs Bed lamp didn't work Dangerous neighborhood Low water pressure, shower goes hot then cold then hot then cold... Free breakfast is a joke Untrained desk staff, forgot to tell us that if we wanted to use the AC we had to leave a deposit for the remote. At check in, staff forgot to give us vouchers for breakfast Checked in, got key to room, went upstairs to room to find it wasn't cleaned yet Elevator is scary, none of the buttons light up when pressed, starts and stops randomly Wifi doesn't work in the room, only hallways and lobby Poor security, fire exits are open all night long allowing anyone to walk upstairs, even if they aren't a guest Fire exits aren't clearly labelled Loud road noise from the street Pros: Mid week price was about half of weekend price Near the marina Good shades to block out the light

They showed great customer service to us. Always cleaning the building..rooms being cleaning every time we step out the room. The restaurant downstairs had great service and food. The location is in the middle of everything. Movies just across the street. Beach about 10 mins away.
