"To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount.
