Located about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, it's perfect for a family holiday or a business trip.

It's an ideal starting point for exploring the Beauce region, along the banks of the Loire River, or for visiting the many castles and gardens, as well as the Beauval Zoo.

For weekend bookings, check-out is possible on Sunday until 3 pm.

This cottage has an electric vehicle charging point. The single-story cottage (a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living area with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.

Four separate bedrooms: three bedrooms with two single beds (90x200 cm) each (duvets and pillows) and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) (blanket, bolster, and pillows). There is a separate bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink), a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet.

A table is available for meals on the terrace (with barbecue and awning), and a lounge area is set up in the garden for enjoying drinks. Relaxing moments await!
Parking is available in the gated driveway (for approximately three cars).

Beds are made upon arrival. Oil heating (thermostat set to 19 degrees Celsius), water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and tourist tax are included.
Towels and linens are provided.

Pets are welcome for an additional €30 per stay. Electric car charging point in the parking area.

A garage at the rear of the property is rented to a neighbor.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the owners on site).
