Situated in Epiniac, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home that makes an awesome stay for a small family or group of 5 members. You have a furnished roofed terrace to enjoy barbecue evenings and linger. In the living room, you can watch movies before going to bed. The lovely garden with a pond invites you to enjoy the hours of sunshine. You can relax with a cool drink or read a book in silence. Children can romp and play to their heart's content.

This is a fantastic region for cyclists and hikers. Mont-St-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dol de Bretagne are definitely worth a visit. Supermarkets and restaurants are at 2 km. The lively town center is 5 km if you wish to enjoy the streetscape and go shopping. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out.

A cot and a high chair are made available on request. You can also bring a pet here. There is a washing machine available next to the holiday house to wash-off your laundry. You may park your vehicles on the lawn next to the patio with the two sides open.

The friendly owner lives on the right-hand side of the house, which faces the back of the house, so there is no overlooking.

Une maison moderne offrant des prestations de qualité: cuisine totalement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, four, plaque de cuisson... mais aussi lave-linge). Tout y est confortable et accueillant. Rien ne manque!! La vue est imprenable, rien de tel que de prendre le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner en terrasse dans le calme , les fleurs et la verdure de cette belle maison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux, adorables, prévenants. Chaque séjour est l’occasion de se ressourcer, tout en se sentant comme chez soi. Nous reviendrons

Magnifique propriété !! Excellent séjour.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants avec des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. La propriété est très bien entretenue et sa situation est parfaite pour visiter les différentes villes : Dinan, Dinard Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel etc...Mon fils a pu profité du lac de pêche situé dans la propriété.
