When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside.
