"We checked in for one night, arriving after midnight on a late flight. I contacted the hotel a couple of days before to advise them and they sent me a video showing how to do self check-in. All went really smoothly. The family room was massive, comprising two large rooms and an en suite. We had the whole downstairs and courtyard to ourselves. Check out was really easy in the morning too. We got a taxi from the airport for 20 Euro at night, then we walked back to the airport in the morning to collect a hire car, and that was a really simple 20 minute walk."

"Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time. "

"Excellent hotel near airport. Would need taxi or car as couldn't walk there. Cost €25. Used shuttle back to airport which worked well. It would be good if shuttle was available more often. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again but next room level up as no tea/coffee/kettle in basic room which was disappointing. Other than that the room very comfortable."

"Excellent stay and it is located on one of the main roads around 5 minutes walk from the station. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and organized an early check in when we got there at 0900. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the city centre is easily walkable from the hotel. Highly recommend. "
