Contact us for any special request less than the week outside school holidays<br><br>Renovated old Breton barn with garden located in a small hamlet with dunes and the ocean. <br>After a few steps, you will access the independent accommodation of 95 M2 of the house, the ground floor being occupied by the host, with its 3 bedrooms, its large mezzanine (2 additional beds on request), its private access, 500 M walk from the beach.<br><br>In the immediate vicinity of the dunes, you will have access on foot to the supervised swimming beaches (July-August), with its kitesurfing spots, its horseback riding (on the beach or trails), its coastal paths, mountain biking in the middle of menhirs, dolmens, chapels...<br><br>The barn is removed from the street, you will have the accommodation 'Fruit du soleil':<br><br>On the 1st floor<br>- dining room with fireplace (not usable) fully equipped open kitchen... fridge with freezer, tea towels and hand towels provided<br>- a bedroom with double bed 160x200 with cupboard<br>- bathroom and toilet<br><br>On the 2nd floor<br>- a mezzanine of 20 m2 with its large living room (1-seater beds and sofa bed), TV, board games...<br>- a bedroom with double bed 140x190 with cupboard<br>- a bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 with cupboard<br>- a bathroom, toilet<br><br>Outside your garden space on the side of the house overlooking 2 meadows (not cultivated) with garden furniture, barbecue...<br><br>- Baby equipment, high chair, travel cot (sheet not provided), safety gate<br>- The accommodation has free internet<br>- Private parking for 2 spaces<br><br><br>-Optional: bed linen and towels (2 per person) 20 euros per room to be paid on site upon arrival.
