The location was good. It was 10min walk from the station but very quiet. Close to restaurants and city centre, Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if I come to Erfurt again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Coffee, tea and water offered all day free for guests in the lobby. Hotel is very close to the city center and the main train station. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

Not bed but other Radisson Blu Hotels in Europe has higher standards. Anyway the hotel is clean and confortable. Breakfast is good.

We booked a “premium room” to have space for our small family (1 kid) and to hopefully enjoy the view from the room in the evenings. First of all, the bathroom in this room was in the hallway, meaning the shower was in the middle of the room and it had just a thin glass door without lock for the toilet. Not much privacy there. The view from the room was very nice, but unfortunately not utilized at all since the only window was behind the bed, and not possible to sit comfortably and look out the window. Instead there was a (very hard and uncomfortable) couch in the middle of the room, just facing the wall (and a TV). On top of that, the fitness and wellness room was locked and even though I booked it for an evening, it was still locked so I couldn’t go there. All in all I would not recommend this hotel. There are most probably better ones in Erfurt.

It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered.

We stayed for one night ,walkable ftom the station about 15 min . Staff are welcoming ,beds were comfortable. Clean and the bathroom was spotless too. Only thing was missing was the fridge.
