"Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. "The pictures advertising the property and the reality are a world apart. The location is used for deposit of solar panels (outside),the clutter reduced the parking space. The bed was comfortable but it didn’t had a top bed sheet, only the comforter. Very small pillows with no covers or extras. The bath tube was dirty, overall with bathroom aspect of poorly maintained. The hostess was very courteous and sweet."

"The washroom was not really clean. We could not throw our toilet paper in the toilet due to the host rule. Also, the AC didn’t work and the bed pillows were so hard to lay on. " The property is well kept and you can’t get a more central location. There is plenty to do and see. The marina views at sunrise were stunning. Breakfast was great! Rooftop patio / bar also great! The elevators are a bit of an adventure as they are pretty small, but it was workable. We liked this part, but it’s worth considering: Be advised that this hotel is in an entertainment district. There is a lot of activity until about midnight. We enjoyed it and had the balcony open letting the ambiance in. If you want complete peace and quiet keep this bit in mind. Recommend this property, we had a fantastic three days. "
