The entire hotel was under construction which is totally ok BUT you need to make guests aware of amenities that they are counting on being available, will not be. If pools, gyms and or hot tubs are not in working order, LET THE GUESTS KNOW. Some form of compensation should be available for guests ...

Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel
The newly remodeled rooms were wonderful and clean and very updated in design. The staff were excellent and friendly and the parking facility was safe in the parking garage. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another weekend in 4 weeks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids are constantly fed ads for the big indoor waterparks (Great Wolf, etc) but we didn't want to pay the rates they're asking. This place has a great pool with a big water slide. The pool is good for families - 3'6" at it's deepest, with a hot tub that's for adults ...
