With plenty of parking available in the huge driveway and in front of the house, you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot. Enjoy the convenience of a small yard, a charming patio, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of amenities. This 864 square ft house is built on a sturdy slab foundation, meaning no basement or stair worries. House is in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Erie! The house is located in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. The house was very clean with especially comfortable beds. We hope it's available for our next trip. Nicholas was quick to respond with any questions and made our check in easy.
