Welcome to the Erie Outpost — a thoughtfully arranged, family-friendly retreat featuring a 3BR main house plus a private 1BR in-law suite. With two full kitchens, two bathrooms, and multiple living areas, this space is perfect for families, travel groups, or friends needing a bit more privacy. Step out back to enjoy a fully fenced yard, deck with fire table, and porch swing — your private spot to unwind. Located just minutes from Presque Isle, UPMC, and downtown Erie.

Other things to note
The home includes both the main 3BR house and a private 1BR in-law suite with its own entrance and full kitchen. The in-law suite is attached but completely private. The entire property, including the large backyard, is for your exclusive use.
