Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Friendly and prompt customer service and attention, even going out of their way to check in with us and see if we were ok during a wind storm. The house was adorable with perfect design choices and had a clean and welcoming feel. Location was perfect for Erie Fishing trip. Super close to the water. Only thing I can add is the lock was kind of annoying but if people know how to use it, the noise of it isn’t an issue. I like the idea of the lock key code too. Felt safe there and private quiet setting. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a nice place and above average everything. Not every place is like this, trust me.
