I stayed in a king size suite, it was fairly large had a full size kitchen. The room included a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub and sauna area is also very nice. I would definitely recommend staying there and also stay there again myself.

We did not stay very long. We stayed one night for there late and left after breakfast. Breakfast was great and we liked the strawberry waffles. We will be planning a trip back to this hotel and enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t like was a they charge 25$ a night for a playpen. I’ve never seen a hotel charge for them.

Definitely a great place to stay. The suite was clean. The whole place was clean actually. The indoor pool wasn't as big as I hoped but it was bigger than others I've seen. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. And the Waterpark was steps away. The breakfast was decent too. Great for families!

Tammy warner GE was so helpful and very informative. She made sure that our 2 night stay was comfortable. The food for breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel that served free breakfast.top notch.the hot tub and pool was wonderful.i would stay there again when I go back up to erie pa.

Overall, we had a good stay. The evening staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and any questions we had a pleasant experience. The morning staff, however, wasn’t as warm or engaging, which was noticeable in comparison. The complimentary breakfast was okay. While it wasn’t anything exceptional, it’s hard to complain since it’s included with the stay. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained, which our family really enjoyed. A nice bonus is that the hotel is connected to a water lagoon. Just a heads-up for families: admission to the lagoon is $30 per child, while adults are free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the excellent evening staff and the clean amenities.

The suites were a good value, kitchen, dishes, etc. The room had no soap in the shower the night we arrived and we alerted staff in the morning, they never filled the dispenser during our stay. Overall, stay was good, customer service okay.

Needless to say we will be staying at Hawthorne Suites from now on. They are spacious, clean and well maintained. It's like you're staying in a mini home away from home. We checked in late at night and Taylor at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful.

Hotel was good, I went the weekend of Easter and they had it really nice decorated for Easter. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus. Definitely recommend it.
