The best VRBO I have ever rented
Where to begin? The perfect place! Communication: more than timely and responsive. Pictures: of house exact but even better in person. Location: so easy to everything. Cleanliness: Immaculate. I could go on and on, but I will leave you with this: My college students said “I love this place. I feel like we are bonding at home- it is so comfortable. “

Perfect Family Getaway
This home/property were perfect for a family getaway with our friends! The house was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids supplies/toys were so helpful and the backyard was a huge hit! We would recommend staying here and would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Lovely serene home away from home
I could not recommend this VRBO enough. The house is in a beautiful quiet location with the most amazing outdoor space to relax and the inside was cozy and clean just perfect. The family room made for the perfect place to wind down and watch a movie or just relax together. The living room and dining room also gave us adults some space to chat while the kids were in the other family room. We stayed here to drop my daughter off at college and it was exactly what we needed. After the chaos and hustle and bustle of Boulder coming back to this house was an immediate reprieve. The drive to Boulder is not far and is beautiful with horse pastures and flower and fruit stands along the way. It is equally as close to Denver making getting to the airport very easy. The owners were incredibly responsive when we had questions and very accommodating with our travel schedule. It was very so clean and the extra touches like a toothbrush (in case you forget) and the coffee machine were so lovely. We will most certainly be staying here again!

4 family members gathered here to visit family in Boulder area. This house was so welcoming and well equipped with anything/everything we needed and then some! We hosted a family barbecue with adults and young kids, and the backyard and inside playroom kept he kids very happy. The host was so good about quickly answering any and all of our questions. The location worked well: it was quiet and away from busy areas, but a quick drive to any place we wanted to go in the Boulder area. Thanks, Shelley!

Perfect mid size home in serene neighborhood near Boulder
My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights for a destination wedding in Boulder. The home was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and had a beautiful back yard for outdoor enjoyment. We loved our stay here and found it to be a great location in the Boulder area. Our host could not have been more accommodating and very attentive to our needs.

Great getaway
Perfect location 20 min east of Boulder and 45 min south of Estes Park. 10 min drive to the nearest grocery store. Numerous hiking trails and fun family activities nearby. House was fully furnished and had many extras to make us feel more at home. Property was clean and perfect for the entire family. Large grill in the back yard and a nice back deck to enjoy the cool evenings. Children’s playset and trampoline to keep the kids busy. Lot of games and puzzles for the kids as well. Property host checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this property enough. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Shelley is an amazing host and her place is fantastic! We were visiting for an event in Boulder and it was an easy 20min drive back and fourth. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has amazing backyard space. Amenities wise the house has everything you would ever need and then some! Shelley was extremely responsive and was great to work with. Would highly recommend!

The location is really nice in a quiet neighborhood, that has good access to the surrounding areas, the house was very clean, lots of toys and games for the kids to play with it. Property has just a about everything you would need from a pack in play for babies to multiple coffee and espresso makers. The backyard is also very large and a good place to relax or let the kids run around.

Excellent stay in a fully equipped family home!
This house is superb for a family with small children. The garden has a full play set for small children. It also has a jacuzzi. We were staying with 4 adults, 3 year old and a 5 month old baby very comfortably in the house. The owner provided many additional add-ons for the baby like a pack n play bed, a seat swing and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The three television sets were outstanding with many channels and streaming services. The location is in a quite neighborhood. We loved it!

Colorado Stay
I really enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the home had everything to accommodate myself and 2 young daughters. They really enjoyed the extremely spacious backyard. The toys were an added bonus. We spent the majority of our stay touring Estes Park and the Downtown Denver area. After several long outdoor adventures, it was very nice to come back and wind down at the serene retreat. I would definitely book again.

Perfect spot if you’re traveling with kids. Our littles enjoyed hanging in the fenced in backyard with play set and trampoline. No need to pack toys or games as there are toys and books for all ages. We really enjoyed our time!

The location of this house was perfect for our vacation as we spent time in Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder and Estes Park. Shelley has created a place that is a perfect home base, clean, well stocked with an array of games, movies, kitchen supplies and staples, an inviting outdoor environment, and a nice, quiet neighborhood with many walking trails. It was the perfect place to meet up with my adult children for a time of adventure and relaxation. Finally, Shelley is accommodating and responds quickly to all communication. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing!
Definitely one if the best places we have rented. Very well stocked with whatever we needed from kitchen stuff to toys. The playground and hot tub were great additions to the stay. Nice quiet neighborhood with a nice park right around the corner.
