Was ok overall. It is perfect for a short stay in Toronto, and the location is great. Rooms were clean. The service received at check-in however was very disappointing. The women was rude and condescending, and it is not the type of experience you want to have after a long travel day. We felt uncomfortable ...

Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere. Cocktails and food all amazing too. Gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room also excellent! Signature scent is absolutely lovely and the rooms are so well appointed.
