Das Zimmer war ganz okay, alles sauber. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Parkplätze sind für Hotelgäste kostenfrei.

OK Hotel for one night

I stayed there with my family for one night. It's a good location when need to stop for a night whilst driving through Germany. Otherwise, it's in the middle of nowhere and there is not much to do.

Der Aufzug war leider defekt, mussten Koffer durch Treppen nach oben hieven. Terminal fuktionierte nicht richtig. Ab 17 Uhr war Personal zum einchecken da.

Eine einzige Baustelle voller Dreck und Lärm

Das Hotel wird gerade saniert, es ist daher alles voller Baustaub und Dreck, das Erdgeschoss ist komplett entkernt, siehe Fotos. Im Zimmer morgens daher lauter Lärm von der Baustelle. Außerdem die ganze Nacht tieffrequentes störendes Wummern und Vibration einer Maschine (zentrale Klimaanlage?) welches aus der Umgebung meines Zimmers im 4. Stock kam. Kein Frühstück verfügbar, da Umbau. Abendlicher Check-In war ebenfalls nur nach Telefonaten mit der Notrufnummer möglich, das System war nicht über meine Buchungsnummer informiert. Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, dass der Gast in so einer Umgebung übernachten soll, und darüber nicht zuvor informiert wird.
