Nice room & convenient location
Breakfast bar was great, wide selections to choose from. Center of the town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staffs were professional. Room was organized, but the chair for the desk was a little high to sit on, tried to adjust the height but didn’t work.

Amazing, clean , very comfortable bedding, interior and exterior design very tasteful. Easy parking not busy street . Very friendly stuff especially girl at the front desk Sanja !!! Sanja was very helpful explaining all details with positive attitude and smile 😊 Great asset to your company. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely coming back in the future!!!

need to improve WIFI
Heavy construction are on going in front of Hotel, little bit strictly to enter the garage. Room is clean enough but WIFI is not so good, too slow.

Totally Overpriced, friendly personnel
The standard room in the second floor with an ugly view to fans on a roof was with almost 240 € totally overpriced. The room is low outdated standard in an old concrete building. The breakfast was great, the personnel very friendly. In addition at the reception for checking in and our just one (friendly and professional) person.

Avoid this hotel if you are a business traveller
I booked a superior room at a higher price but the room was very average. I stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned properly each day. However, the worst part of my stay was the Internet that just did not work. I complained about it to the reception and was on the IT support call for like half an hour who could not solve the issue. I end up using my mobile phone's Hotspot during my entire stay. Staying for three nights in a hotel without Internet when you are on a business trip was a horrible experience.

The staff was SO nice and professional. Location is great- right by shopping and bus stop. The ony reason wht the propery score was very goo, not excellent is that there is a bit of construction on the right side (outside) I dont think it is regarding the hotel. I just wanted to mention it and to be cautious. Due to the walkway being obsructed, you have to walki in the bikelane.

Business Hotel on outskirts of Nürnburg.
Clean, well organised Hotel, Staff couldn't help enough and our five day stay flew by, both rooms were perfect, Staff came in every morning and cleaned them while we were out, breakfast was capable with European or English menu, ie, cereal, sausage, bacon, egg and the more usual cheese, hams and fruit, to sweet pastries. A small bar-restaurant was a nice place to relax in at the evening before retiring to our rooms so would definitely stay here again.

received a room which was actually prepared as single, much too small for two persons staying 8 nights! Even after beeing a guest at NH Erlangen for more than 25 years, my wife and I didn't get a bigger room. Lived more or less out of the suitcase, because no space!

Nice hotel, roomy, but customer service lacked
Hotel is in an okay location with a bakery and an italian restaurant nearby. We had a very frustrating experience upon check in when our first room could not be accessed by the key card. The hotel attendant while nice was not very capable. She put us in another room but it took quite a while (we were trying to make play reservations) and the room she put us in was not as big as what we paid for so we should have received a credit of some kind. Additionally, we came back late and wanted to order dinner in the restaurant. We were told we could get food but would need to go back up and order it through room service, although we could eat it in the restaurant. What?? Thankfully, logic prevailed and the bartender saw how ridiculous that was. She let us order food but it was not of the quality that others around us received. Our bad for ordering so late but maybe had we not had the back and forth about room service we would have ordered sooner. The ac in our room was not working and despite two visits to the room the same attendant that helped us earlier could not fix it. She insisted she was going to change our room again or fix it but never did. Nice hotel but not really a good experience that night.

Bad Air Conditioning
A/C did not work in our room! Front desk said repair could not be called on the weekend! When I asked about another room, she said they would see! The room change did not happen - we opened the window! Very hot!! Next night we assumed the problem was corrected - wrong! We were finally moved to another room. Same problem! A/C not working! Front desk said they were sorry; nothing else they could do! Again we slept with windows open. Hot! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Not bad, needs some improvement
Generally not bad but a few annoying points: Had AC set to coldest all night but room was still like an oven and very warm The curtains in the room weren't wide enough to cover all of the windows so had to use a towel to cover one of the windows The bulb for the light as you enter the room was missing so was very dark upon entering the room On a positive the lady at the Bar was very helpful and food menu though short was great!

Great hotel in downtown of Erlangen
The location is just perfect to stay for several days. Shopping mall, Supermarket, and Erlangen main station are in a walking distance. The staff were very friendly and well trained. The price was reasonable because the facilities were good enough.

Hotel is under renovation. AC was NG. Had to change rooms due to heat. AC couldn't keep up. New room on different floor- AC was nearly adaquate

Go to the Novotel instead
The Novotel (just around the corner) is more modern and generally nicer than the NH hotel, even though it has only three stars and is cheaper. I was only in the NH hotel for a few minutes, but it definitely seemed a bit run down: marks on the walls, and a nasty musty smell from the carpet. The worst thing was that this was on a very hot summer's day, and the air conditioning was not working - apparently they were expecting it to be fixed a day or two later. It was stifling in the rooms: I can't believe they expected anyone to sleep there. I would I would have expected them to contact me in advance about this, but they did not. Even worse, they didn't mention any problem at check-in, they just waited for us to come and ask how to adjust the temperature control in the room. The receptionist was helpful in arranging for us to move to the Novotel, but I am very unimpressed that they did not warn us about this in advance and wasted our time and theirs checking us into this hotel.

Great location and staff
Stayed for business. Great location. TV is rather small for today's standards. Breakfast was very good and staff attentive and polite. AC in my room did not work but I like sleeping with windows open. Huge room and housekeeping was very good. Would stay again.

Centrally located & the place to stay in Erlangen
This was my 5th stay at NH the last 8 years. As always I was pleased with everything. I had the two bedroom suite. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The personnel was very friendly. The only complaint is the size of the TV in the room. Tiny.. Watching EU soccer matches on that screen was a torcher. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay fully. I will come back.

Nice Hotel with WiFi environment that never works
Since more than a year WiFi never properly works in this hotel !!! Management obviously is not in a position to clear this up. In a computer environment of today, Hotel-WiFi is a mandatory tool, not a luxury anymore. International Business People need to conduct important internet work every day to meet company's/client's requests. Without Internet access, to be provided by the Hotel, business flow and immediate actions/reply's/contacts are terribly interrupted and hampered, leading to loss of business, confidence, trust, reliability and reputation for a businessman, staying at the hotel, towards customers and clients. This is a fact and is simply intolerable and unbearable. At this point, I cannot recommend this hotel to any businessman who has to conduct work via Internet.
