The hotel is a very good value. We rented the Family Deluxe apartment which has plenty of space. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see various smudges/marks on the wall of the toilet room. I cleaned them off with some soap and water. The drainer in the sink in the bathroom had some brown looking grime or mold around it (maybe it simply is too old and should be replaced.) There should be a little more communication regarding when the cleaners come. I didn’t see a “do not disturb” sign we could use. It’d be nice to have an option to leave your trash out at a certain time of day for collection. Except for these criticisms, I was very happy with Zeitwohnhaus and would stay there again.

Great hotel! Room was quiet, big enough and clean! The bathroom perfect for short stays (big shower, no bath tube). For Checkin details (code) I have to go through a complicate application or website from the hotel organisation.. WHY??? I have booked the room via hotels.com - so you should be able to send me all necessary details! Keep it simple - then you guys get the 5th Smiley!

Superb apartment! Was happily surprised how big it was and the roof balcony was great. Well equipped - comfy bed - loads of cupboard space- 2x tv - nice touch with the Bluetooth speaker. The rooms we had were magnificent. Room is an understatement, they were suites complete with bedroom, bath, kitchenette, dining and living room areas. Add to this a rooftop balcony in Building B. All clean and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The only down side was the elevator in building A was unserviceable and there is no AC in the rooms, but a fan made it comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else. For the price we paid it couldn’t have been better, a definite value.

The building is very new and the rooms are modern. I loved the shower from the roof top which was easy to adjust to the right temperature. Check-in was done using self-service systems with information from Zeitwohnhaus. Also they had a computer in the entrance for browsing or printing out documents. Very practical. There were several vending machines. Unfortunately the first one did not work but the one in the basement did. In the basement there is a gym where you can workout. There is also a washing corner but I did not use that. The TV in the room has regular german TV but Netlifix and YouTube available.
