Polite Staff, but Hotel Could Use Some Renovation.

The hotel could use some renovation as it's starting to show its age. The service was okay, and the staff were polite. The quality of the food in the restaurant was below average and quite expensive. The breakfast was nice.

the hotel itself is beautiful and the area to explore is fantastic if out have a car which you need since this location is 3.5 hour drive outside Athens.The disappointment with the value for this hotel is the food and drink quality is average if not poor but we ate in the nearby town after the first day and that was very good, the town of Ermioni for example was great as well as the island of Spetses on day tours.

The property was very good overall. However, the check-in process was quite slow, and the front desk staff member did not follow up as promised when we inquired about the rate for an additional night. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were excellent very attentive and welcoming.

I don’t know if Nikki Beach around the world is like this one, but I definitely don’t want to visit any other location. The only polite people in the hotel were the cleaning staff. The other staff members were rude and unprofessional. The hotel is just okay. It's not a 5-star experience for me. Also a plus was the team in the spa. Excellent and professional!
