New single storey house (103 m2) with garage (28 m2), very large terrace facing south. You will enjoy the sun from morning to evening by the heated swimming pool or inside the lounge. Outside, a garden furniture is at your disposal for your meals as well as sunbathing to relax, a gas plancha for grilling. Ideally located, 600 m from the city center, the port and shops. All beaches are easily accessible on foot or by car.
