Contemporary house of 105 m2 on one level of 2017 on enclosed grounds, of 500 m2.
2 terraces facing South and North-West, garden furniture, deckchairs, Weber gas and charcoal barbecue.
Open fitted kitchen with central island (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher)
In the living area, 1 large corner sofa, connected TV.
1 bedroom with 160cm bed, access to private bathroom with walk-in shower.
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 160 cm modular bed in 2 single beds of 80 cm with access to the Italian shower, wc.
1 separate toilet with washbasin for disabled access.
High chair, bath, cot or cot available on request.
Scullery with washing machine.
